Amy Smart is an American former model and actress. Her modelling career began in Italy which is where she was raised and born in California. The beginning of her acting career came in the year 1996, when she appeared in the TV film Her Costly Affair. After that, she was a star in a minor role in the movie Starship Troopers she struggled very difficult. It was difficult for her to transition into acting since actors were never considered skilled actors and usually got less roles. However, Amy refused to give up and transitioned to larger roles, beginning with the show The 70s and the film Varsity Blues. Amy was then promoted to lead roles in the romantic comedy Just Friends starring Ryan Reynolds. Amy finally got the recognition she had been chasing for over a decade. Then she worked on several of the most famous films including the Crank series with Jason Statham as well as Shameless with Jason Statham, in which she played a recognizable character.
